Red Rocks Park, Colorado

I invite you to share in my love of a beautiful Denver mountain park, Red Rocks, just west of Denver, Colorado. Its other-worldly-like rock formations are red sandstone outcrops, formed about 290 million years ago. It was a favorite campsite of the native Ute people.

There are hiking trails among the sage and high arid plant life, inhabited by many critters, on the ground and in the gloriously big blue sky. It's breath-taking and I'll be posting more photos soon. Enjoy the mini vacation to Red Rocks Park!
