Fiesta of Ribbons Trivet Sling Tote

Here's a preview of the "Fiesta Ribbon Trivet" I wove over the weekend to applique to the front of my newest tote-in-the-making, "Fiesta Ribbon Trivet Sling Tote". The trivet will add "sculpture" to the landscape of the tote.

The outside fabric of the tote will be a mint green, soft, light weight corduroy, and I think the lining will be a turquoise fabric speckled with tiny white dots. Some photos of the "Fiesta Ribbon Trivet" -
